Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the payment, refund, and cancellation terms related to all products and services offered by Ananta Ecomgrowth, a globally operated business registered as:

1. The Karma People LLC (DBA Ananta Ecomgrowth) in the United States
2. Ananta Ecomgrowth in India

By completing a transaction on www.anantaecomgrowth.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

   All payments made to Ananta Ecomgrowth are final and non-refundable. This applies without exception to:

   1. Digital services (e.g., advertising, CRM, funnel setup, automation)
   2. Strategy consultations and coaching
   3. Downloadable digital products (e.g., templates, PDFs, courses)
   4. Technical or marketing implementation work

   Due to the time-sensitive, digital, and service-based nature of our work, no refunds shall be issued once the transaction is complete or the service has commenced.



2. Digital Product Delivery & Delayed Access Clause

   Our digital products and services are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after successful payment. In case of unforeseen technical delays, we will inform you via email and ensure timely resolution.

   By completing your purchase, you:

   1. Acknowledge that access or onboarding may begin immediately
   2. Waive any right to cancel or reverse the transaction under "digital goods" provisions as recognized in international eCommerce regulations


3. Cancellation Requests

   Cancellations are generally not accepted after the transaction is completed unless:

   1. The Platform explicitly provides a cancellation window for the product or service
   2. The cancellation request is raised before access is delivered or work has begun

   Ananta Ecomgrowth retains sole discretion in approving or rejecting cancellation requests. We may request additional information before making a decision.



4. Refunds – Limited Exceptions

   Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

   1. You were charged more than once for the same product or service due to a technical error
   2. You completed payment but did not receive onboarding or product access within 5 business days, and our support team failed to deliver after reasonable follow-up
   3. You received a product or service that substantially does not match the description on the Platform

   To request a refund, you must:

   1. Email info@anantaecomgrowth.com within 3 days of the transaction
   2. Include the following details:
      1. Full name
      2. Email address used for the transaction
      3. Order ID / Transaction ID
      4. A specific explanation of the issue and any applicable evidence

   Refund requests submitted after 3 days or without valid proof will not be entertained.



5. Chargebacks & Disputes

   Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in:

   1. Immediate suspension of access to all active and future services
   2. Permanent blacklisting across our platforms and products
   3. Legal recovery of disputed amounts, plus reporting to relevant fraud databases

   We strongly encourage you to email info@anantaecomgrowth.com to resolve any issues before contacting your payment provider.



6. Instamojo-specific Grievance Contact

   If you purchased via Instamojo, you may alternatively submit refund queries to:
