All payments must be made in full via secure third-party payment processors, including Razorpay, Stripe, Square, Wise, PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

2. Consultations
3. Digital downloads or access
4. Customized intellectual work

By purchasing, you agree that work and/or access begins immediately and that no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstance.

Delivery Time

For online courses and digital products, access is typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Any delay beyond that due to technical issues or third-party software will be communicated.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 30 days for the specific service.

3. Payment is not fulfilled

All rights accrued before termination remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For services delivered by The Karma People LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Virginia courts.

For services delivered by Ananta Ecomgrowth India, Indian law applies, and disputes will be handled in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Dispute Resolution (India-specific clause for Instamojo)

All disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Bengaluru, India. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise directed in the arbitral award. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in courts of Bengaluru.

13. Reviews and Feedback

By posting a review or testimonial, you grant us a perpetual license to use it for marketing. We may moderate or remove reviews without notice.
